PURPOSE SCHER-KHAN MAGICAR 10
System SCHER-KHAN MAGICAR 10
is an automobile
alarm with the ability to control via radio channel via
key fob communicator with liquid crystal display. System
exchanges information between the key fob communicator and
processor unit at a distance of up to 2,000 m. The system is designed
for operation on vehicles with an on-board voltage of 12 V and
provides the ability to connect to the standard data bus
Vehicle CAN. Protection of the processor unit, shock sensor, sensor
call, the antenna unit is made according to the IP-40 standard and provides
installation inside the car. The siren is made according to the IP-65 standard
and can be installed in the engine compartment, away from the exhaust
collector and high-voltage systems. System SCHER-KHAN MAGICAR 10
equipped with built-in
car digital CAN bus adapter. The device is intended
for quick and correct installation of alarm systems on cars,
equipped with body CAN BUS buses. The adapter reads
vehicle CAN bus signals and generates the data necessary for
connection of the security system. The digital bus module allows for comprehensive
information about the main components of the machine. CAN adapter simplifies
complex procedure for installing a security system on a car: no
the need to search for signals from various electronic devices using
throughout the car, the number of connecting wires is reduced to a minimum,
you can install an alarm system in the most complex and inaccessible
areas of the car, which significantly increases anti-theft
properties of the security system due to the possibility of installing it to the maximum
secretly.

Autostart does not work: troubleshooting
If the autostart stops working and the engine does not start, you need to figure out the reasons why the function may not work:
- The motor has already started. In this case, the car's lights will blink once when you try to configure the option.
- The car's ignition is activated. The car's lights will blink twice.
- One or more doors are open. The warning light will blink three times.
- The trunk door or hood is open. The vehicle's lights will blink four times.
- The consumer has not configured the start reservation for the manual transmission. The car's lights will blink five times.
- The handbrake lever is disengaged. The warning light will blink six times.
- The brake pedal is depressed. Seven light signals will indicate this.
- The engine does not start for other reasons - the lights will blink eight times. These reasons may be due to malfunctions in the operation of the unit, starter device or other elements of the ignition system. Problems in starting the internal combustion engine may be associated with a breakdown of the fuel pump or failure of the relay that protects its electrical circuit.

How to setup
It is not difficult to start the automatic alarm on Sherhan alarms. To do this, you should study the detailed car alarm manual and successively press the settings buttons.
To activate the mode and safely use autorun, you need to activate the protective functions and perform a number of preparatory steps:
- First of all, with the engine running, the doors closed and the brake pedal lowered, you need to press the 3rd button of the key fob.
- If the key is inserted into the ignition, it must be removed. In modern cars this element is missing - Start/Stop buttons are used instead.
- After completing the above steps, you need to get out of the car and press the security buttons.
To configure autorun from the key fob, you must do the following:
- Long press button 3 until a smoke indication appears on the pager monitor, indicating a successful start-up.
- Wait for the countdown. To restart it and cancel the timer, just press the same button again.
- To turn off the mode, you need to press the button from the first stage until the sound alert sounds.
Setting by interior temperature
To configure autostart based on the temperature inside the car, you must first activate the activation mode by time interval (1-13). After this, you need to go to the programming menu by long pressing buttons 1 and 2 on the key fob. Next you should perform the following steps:
- Deactivate the timer (if it was enabled), following the previous instructions.
- Press the 4th button 21 times until the final sound indicator sounds.
- Select the optimal temperature range at which the option will start.
- Restart the timer.
Setting by on-board voltage
The engine is started automatically on the Sherkhan based on the on-board voltage readings. It occurs when the battery level drops to 11.5 V. For the function to work properly, we configure autostart on the Sherkhan alarm system according to the following instructions:
- We make 20 presses on button 4.
- We are waiting for the siren to emit a similar number of sound notifications.
- Activate the option with button 2.
How to set the warm-up interval
To select the desired time interval after which the engine will automatically start, set function 1-12 to position 2.
How to program the warm-up duration
The detailed guidance for performing this action is as follows:
- First, the user needs to activate the programming mode by setting function 1-12. To do this, long press buttons 1 and 12 until the corresponding sound alert sounds.
- Next, you should wait for a 12-fold response from the siren and select the optimal warm-up range. Using button 1 you can set a 5-minute interval, button 2 - 15 minutes, button 3 - 25 minutes, and button 4 - 45 minutes.
