Our people are preparing to attack world motorsport! That’s right, Lada Vesta will become the new racing car of the LADA Sport WTCC team. Pilots have already begun familiarizing themselves with the car, and field tests will begin this year.

The production model will be equipped with three different engines:

The service life of all three engines is about 200 thousand kilometers, and this is quite an impressive figure. However, the first models will be produced only with a VAZ 16-valve engine producing 106 hp. In addition, it is also planned to release the so-called charged modification of Vesta, the engine power of which will reach an impressive 140 horsepower.
Will the model have an automatic transmission?
Yes, the 16-valve modification of the Vesta engine will be equipped with an AMT robotic gearbox, borrowed from its “older” (by age) brother - the Lada Priora. And the 114-horsepower Renault-Nissan equipment will be available with a CVT.
Will Lada Vesta be available only as a sedan?
