This engine is no longer considered “eternal”, but it definitely reaches its 300-350 thousand km. After 5-7 years and 70-80 thousand km, the throttle valve may need to be cleaned.

In terms of corrosion resistance, both models are average; without proper care, after 5-6 years the bodies will suffer from rust. However, for the first few years, the factory anticorrosive agent copes well with protection. The galvanized body of Logan resists corrosion well when chips occur, but Kalina can “bloom,” so a control inspection and prompt touch-up of damaged areas are required.
