So, first, let's look at the exhaust system diagram. As you can see in the schematic diagram, the front exhaust pipe is connected to the exhaust manifold, and we take it as the beginning of the exhaust tract. How is the finished product installed?

  • screwdriver;
  • a set of keys;
  • clamps;
  • mounting brackets.

The installation procedure consists of several stages:

  1. The old muffler is removed.
  2. The right side of the new product is suspended, and it is necessary to use prepared pillows. Using a clamp and seals, the product is connected to the resonator.
  3. Through the pipes, the main part is combined with the left part of the product.
  4. Two holes are made in the spar using a drill; their diameter is approximately 1.5 millimeters. This will allow you to secure the holder in the future.
  5. The holder and the cushion are connected, and a tapping rod is also inserted into the cushion.
  6. On the opposite side, the product is secured using clamps and O-rings.
  7. All that remains is to adjust and install the two nozzles symmetrically to each other. Having achieved an aesthetic appearance, you can consider the installation complete.

To replace the exhaust pipe ring, no special tools are required; all you need is a set of ratchet sockets.

To find the sealing ring, we find the exhaust manifold and go down to the first connection with the exhaust pipe, then unscrew the special bolts with springs and move the pipe down, simultaneously removing from it the ill-fated muffler gasket ring (part number 1775a085).

We replace it with a similar one and assemble it in reverse order. In addition, it is highly advisable to change the special bolts.
